A Florida man has most likely extended his already lengthy stay in prison due to recent allegations concerning his decision to send a threatening letter from prison to President Obama.

According to WESH, Jason Gay mailed a threatening letter from prison to President Obama. WESH reported that Gay threatened to “rip out” President Obama’s last breath.

Gay also allegedly took time to threaten to kill an FBI agent. WESH reported that a guitar and sword wielding attack against a tattoo artist landed Gay in prison in April 2011.

Gay was given 15 years for the attack and he had already served 2 years of his 15 year sentence when he was charged with mailing a threatening letter from prison to President Obama.

Gay faces a maximum of five years in prison and a fine for threatening the president. Gay also faces an additional maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a fine for threatening the FBI agent.
